Ordered Tuesday for Friday delivery arrived perfectly packed and clean. I’ve eaten a ton of oysters from all over and there are NONE better than sailors valentine. They are briny, sweet and delicious. (And by briny, I mean salty, you need to add very little if any salt) I made oysters Rockefeller with 20 and ate the other 30 raw with mignonette and Thai nam Jim sauce. Amazing.

This was our first time ordering and we LOVED all three varieties we choose. Will be ordering again soon! Also great customer service - our order came with a small error and they were quickly response and sent out the missing oysters asap. Great company and delicious oysters!!
