Rose Cordial Syrup

It’s a lovely syrup

I purchased the rose cordial. I think I may have been expecting more of a true rose, which is my mistake. This has some zest and sparkley kinda citrus notes. I already was making Rose lattes with Rose water and I find that the syrup does not replace the rosewater but really brings the flavor in a way. That’s really fun. It’s very good over ice cream and in seltzer. very high-quality.

Soft but Flavorful

This is a great addition to the Elderberry craze! Soft, flavorful without being perfumey, and lightly sweet. Goes great with some bubbly...with or without the alcohol!

Acidic taste

It doesn’t remind of rose flavor and it adds an acidic taste to my coffee. I would love to have it replaced with a different flavor
