Lovely Primer but.......

Lovely Primer but for some reason I find it very hard to get out of the tube. I've tried standing it on its end, and squeezing the tube. Also twisting the top in all directions, but all to no avail. I don't understand why, as it is nearly full. Does anyone at Laura Geller know why ? It is very nice once I can get it out of the tube.
