French Bread Mix

Makes some pretty darn fine French bread

I didn't really expect much from this mix but it turned out awesome. I used the stand mixer directions and it was easy to make. I'm going to experiment a bit to see if I can improve the crust-- I don't think 350 degrees is hot enough. But I will be buying more of this.

It’s all very good bread. However I never see coupon codes or free shipping events. I would buy more if I did.

I have enjoyed prepared pantry bread mix. My only concern is the yeast is not dated ,so I use my own to be safe.
