Mattifying but a little heavy

This moisturizer has a light, natural clean scent and helped make my skin appear less oily than usual for about 4 hrs, but after that it didn't quite hold up to the humid summers where I live and my face was as shiny as usual. The lotion is also thicker than I expected which was slightly uncomfortable in hot weather.
