Super comfortable, but not super cool

The mattress is very comfortable. I am just a little let down by the GlacioTex Elite Cooling Cover + CoolForce Layer. It is noticeably warmer to the touch when you first get in to our old mattress that I do not recall advertising anything more than "breathable".

Mattress is great but communication wasn’t

I am a side sleeper and weight 115 lbs. I did an extensive research trying to find a mattress that would feel like a cloud for my small frame and weight. The mattress is so very comfortable and plush. It feels as soft as my old pillow top mattress with a 3 inch fancy memory foam topper but now my back no longer hurts. I gave it 4 starts because of the poor communication by the company about the mattress. I received the mattress, unpacked it, unfolded on the bed and my old mattress was dragged to the garage. 4 hours passes and the mattress doesn’t expand much. When I called customer service they said that the pillow top portion of the mattress is shipped separately and will arrive 3 days later. I have never received a communication about a mattress consisting of 2 separate packages and got tracking information for only one box. It was incredibly frustrating to remove the new mattress from the bed, find a place to store it and drag the old mattress back to the bedroom. King size mattresses are very big and heavy. I am glad that I didn’t order a white glove delivery because otherwise I’d have no mattress to sleep on for 3 days

Love it!

I have never slept better with my Apple Watch reporting less wakeups at night. So happy with my purchase!
