Love this lunch box. Plenty of room. Keeps the hot spot warm and there is a small ice pack under the cold side which is good gor fruits and veggies. The spot that isnt for the thermos isnt leak proof however so make sure you bag anything that would leak like fruit or anything with slight moisture or juices
