Still significantly loud
Easy to build solo and cats immediately took to it. Only issue is that it isn’t as quiet as advertised. I put felt padding and a rug under the base and my downstairs neighbors can still hear the wheel. The rattle is when the wheel goes over the gaps between the plastic pieces of the wheel. Wish there was a locking mechanism to keep the cats from disturbing the neighbors overnight

Jackson DB
Jackson is a young cat full of energy. I am sure with time and patience on my part he will come to enjoy walking / running on the wheel. He has taken a few steps but still not sure about the feel of the wheel. His sister, Diamond, is 9 years old and has been observing closely. She might walk on it in the future when she trust it more. I really love the concept and think it will be very beneficial for Jackson at least in the future.
