These review emails should really be sent a month from receiving the supplements, as I've only had them a couple days, I'll try to remember to update this in a while. I usually start out very minimal with new supplements, instead of taking the recommended amount right away I start out with just 1 a day for a week and then slowly increase and see how I feel over time. I remember seeing a few reviews of people saying they experienced upset stomach, and I'm happy to report I haven't had that issue so far (on one pill a day). I'm not feeling any big changes yet, but I'm also not experiencing anything negative, so I see this as a good sign. I like that they come in a glass bottle. Reduction of plastic is great to see in companies. Shipping took absolutely forever, but there are a lot of problems with USPS at the moment, so I don't think it was the company's fault.
