Quality, but surprisingly lacking in flexibility and complicated harness with stiff plastic buckles all make it a tough get-ready time. Plus side: length is good, waterproof.

Belly velcro difficult
The front leg holes with the belly velcro are a bit difficult to don. Maybe a back/ spine closure would be better. But solid construction.
