I wanted to try some light roasts. I don't have a very refined sense of taste, but of the 3, I preferred the Cost Rica La Pastora. Next was the Colombia Narino. Guatemala Small Farms Lot was my last preference, but frankly there was not a large difference between the three; they were all lovely.
