Love the combustion thermometer

I love using this thermometer and really appreciate all the support and video that Chris Young makes. I’ve been cooking for about 40 years and don’t often find new products that are helpful but this product is very helpful. I like the wireless aspect and the predictive function. Easy to use. Appreciate the updates. Also happy that there is an option for remote monitoring. Would love to see another way of remote monitoring that doesn’t involve two devices. Thanks again for all you do.

Use this to sous vide when your immersion cooker isn't available!

The clip is very easy to set up and clean. I've used it to help me monitor a pot of water in which I was cooking tenderloin in a sous vide manner. It obviously doesn't control the temperature, but it helps one monitor and control the heat input to maintain the desired temperature - try it!

Very Useful

The pot clip opens up another avenue of ways to use this probe. I highly recommend everyone to purchase one.
