Great quality, until the Right earbud started giving out

After only having this set for a few weeks, it seems the right earbud lost some of the audio balance. It no longer delivers audio at the same volume as the left. Even the bass is muffled. For a first time experience with IEMs, I can say that my audio consumption has been significantly improved and people should experiment, but with only one side getting the majority of the volume balance after a month it is disheartening. I've had to manually adjust my computers audio delivery to equalize the volume more to the right side, just to have a 25% better experience.
