The OG Legend, Reborn for the Backcountry
When Josh Smith created the Blackfoot, it became MKC's flagship knife: the ultimate do-it-all blade that hunters and outdoorsmen trusted for everything from field dressing moose to precise caping work. Now, we've taken that legendary versatility and infused it with the DNA of our Ultra family.

Ultra
I was skeptical spending this much money on a knife. I always use disposable blade knives for hunting . I have Already field dressed a mule deer and a pronghorn with it and q this thing is still razor sharp ! This knife is also perfect for EDC while I go trail running it’s supper light weight and don’t even notice it when it’s clipped to my jogging shorts.

My husband loves his new knife
I just bought him a pocket knife, the Blackfoot Ultra and the Whitetail Green/black knife. Now I'm waiting on the Church Meat Knife.

The Blackfoot Started It All
I may have five or six Blackfoots in my collection at this point, and honestly, that tells you everything you need to know about how much I love this design. I completely understand why the Blackfoot became the foundation of MKC. The Ultra takes everything I love about it and makes it even sleeker. It’s lightweight, has a beautiful polished finish, feels fantastic in hand and still works as hard as any knife in the lineup. Easy to carry, easy to use, and just an all-around great knife. There’s a reason I keep buying Blackfoots and the Ultra is another great example of why.
