**The Best Equipment Purchase I’ve Made for My Studio**
I absolutely LOVE my REP Arcadia! I own a private functional fitness studio where I work with adults of all ages and abilities, mainly older adults, people with Parkinson’s, clients returning from rehab, etc.
The Arcadia has completely expanded what I can offer. The cables move smoothly, the adjustments are quick and easy, and I can modify exercises for nearly any client’s height, strength, mobility, or ability level. We use it for rows, presses, squats, hinges, Pallof presses, assisted balance work, rotational exercises, and so much more. It lets me challenge my strongest clients while still providing safe, purposeful training for those who need more support.
It also gives me tremendous versatility without taking over my studio. The compact footprint, thoughtful design, and overall quality are exactly what I needed in a smaller private space.
I researched this purchase carefully, and the Arcadia has exceeded my expectations. My clients love using it, I love programming with it, and it has quickly become one of the most-used pieces of equipment in my studio. I would buy it again without hesitation!
As far as receiving the equipment- the delivery was smooth. I was super excited to use a crow bar to open the crate. Took a couple of swings and laughed so hard when I realized- just lift up!! Assembly- mainly my husband with me being an extra set of hands when needed- took about 3 hours.
