Always been a hacker
Just starting to improve my food prep skills. After years of struggling along with with knives that never seem to be sharp or are impossible to resharpen after a few uses the SG2 Enso knives have helped me obtain a tiny bit of kitchen knife skills. This 5.5 inch prep knife is definitely my favorite for veggies like bell peppers, onions and mushrooms making a hack like me almost competent.

Really Nice
Prep knives come in a variety of sizes and shapes. This one is like a narrow, light weight ko-bunka. It's beautifully made, very well balanced and really sharp. For heavy-duty chopping or slicing I'd probably want a heavier knife, maybe an actual ko-bunka. But for a great many small chopping and slicing tasks it's perfect.

perfect size for my salad preps
Balance, Beauty, Comfort, Handling..... This has become my favorite knife out of a collection
of Zwilling*Kramer Euroline knives.
Cutlery and More is a great place to purchase from, good prices and some really cool exclusives that are very tempting to add to the collection, also super fast shipping!
