ErgoAlign® Mattress Topper with GlacioTex

Loving this topper!

I did extensive research on mattresses and did not want to commit to a mattress quite yet. Super happy with this mattress topper and would definitely look into purchasing a mattress from Helix as well in the future. Quick turnaround and good customer service as well.

This topper was exactly what my bed needed. I have a 6 year old mattress made with organic plant fibers and springs (no foams) for breathability, and no fumes so I was hesitant to try synthetic materials, but I'm happy I did. I no longer wake up with pain in my shoulders, lower back, and hips. The glaciotex cover really does keep my sleeping surface cool, and the topper is easy to rotate every time I change my sheets. It does off-gas/smell for a while. I recommend opening all windows and running fans for at least 6 hours after opening it, and leave it uncovered during that time. I put a mattress pad over the topper and then my fitted sheet. For at least a week after opening I pulled down the bedding to allow the topper to air out. It really does get less noticeable over time. It's still early in the trial period, but I think I'm keeping it. Hopefully rotating it keeps it in great condition for years to come. It adds 3 inches to my mattress so I'll need to buy deeper sheets at some point. My stats: 5'2", 130-150lbs, perimenopausal IYKYK.

Irritated with no answer to my question. Very irritating!

The topper is working well. I had sent a question in which I asked where exactly within the topper is the more support area? I am quite short (4'9") and I am concerned of the area I need to be in for sleeping and taking advantage of the more solid support area. I cannot believe someone can not tell me. I'm sure the person(s) who designed it as well as sell know exactly the area. Please send me where the area in located, i. e. , how far down from either end of the topper. Duh!! Someone knows there! Please inform.
