Poorly roasted but high-quality beans. The beans themselves are outstanding, as I know from a different roaster that roasts the exact same thermal-shocked beans (much better), but Blendin makes serious mistakes by isolating this bean for "funk" instead of juiciness. Waste of a good bean to overpronounce its funk instead of the juiciness, after such impressive upstream treatment by thermal shock.

AMAZING! it's a very unique experience if the tasting notes intrigue you, i would highly recommend. super strong herby and cola notes that i can't say i've had in a coffee before. it almost feels like drinking a tea rather than a coffee! 10/10
