Since there are only 60 capsules in each bottle; some months have 31 days. So sometimes I go a day or two without any to take. It would make more sense to me if the capsules were mailed on the first of the month so a customer wouldn't have to go a day or two without any. Also, I don't notice any difference in my eyes, other that my eyes have started being watery. I see my eye doctor in a month and maybe I won't have to take them anymore. I will take them for now.
