I got a call from Sunline making sure I didn't double up an order. I purchased two similar products in one day and received a phone call to make sure it was accurate. Chad Schilling- Chad is the reason I purchased all of my sunline orders. He raves about the sinking braid and also does a great job of explaining in interviews the difference in Sunline vs. other products. I had a problem tying my knots to my leader. I called Oahe Wings and Walleyes to ask to talk to Chad. He doesn't know me from anyone. The person that answered the phone gave me Chad's personal cell phone. Chad returned my text and asked that i call him. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, teaching me how to tie a knot for sunline unlike other ones. He is a great ambassador and couldn't believe he took time out of his busy schedule to help a stranger out with this product.
