My kayak looks like new again! This clear coat just makes the natural wood grain pop! The hull is done and the deck is next, following some minor repairs. This 30 year old boat is going to look like it used to! Refiberglassing solo takes time, so I’m going to add a little less hardener for the first coat on the deck, like I did on the second coat on the hull. I think having that extra few minutes will make a big difference in the final outcome. It takes a little longer to set up, but at least I won’t be not rushed into making any mistakes.
