Perfect
I bought this for my husband because he wanted a way to add electrolytes to drinks he already likes (read: Crystal light). He isn't a fan of the other electrolyte drink flavors. He loves this. It does have a salty flavor but it's so light that he says one scoop in his water bottle is unnoticeable.

Numbing in mouth
Can say this was not the fit for me. Gave me GI distress and the flavor in my mouth gave a weird numbing sensation both by itself and when mixed with other high carb mixes. I am a heavy sweater and a salty sweater like 1250mg/hr. Sadly this was not the solution for me. The flavor in this is not great and the performance was even more lacking for me. I love Skratch products so this was a big disappointment for me. I just put this product through the ringer on a 24hr trail run in Ouray and had to switch mid day to a Precision product that helped manage my sodium much more effectively and was more gentle on my gut.

My summer go-to!
I’m so psyched Skratch made this for us. It’s helping me consume the right amount of sodium during what’s ramping up to be a hot summer in Wyoming at 6,300 feet.
