The backpack is great but the website fails to tell you that without the frame there are no shoulder straps to actually hold the back

Great quality
I recently received my Stryker XL and have not had a chance to use it yet . I’ve been playing with configurations and mulling additions to the pack. The quality seems outstanding and I can’t wait to put it use this summer.

Love it!
I'm a wildlife photographer and wanted a pack to carry a long lens and gear. The camera bags hold a long lens fine but there is very little room for anything else. I use the meat shelf for carrying my camera and 600mm F4 which works great and have plenty of room for extra gear, clothes, food etc...
I also use it for just walking in the bush. Here's a pic from today snowshoeing in the U.P. of Michigan. I have the large pouch on the bottom and the medium pouch above it. I also added the small pouch on the left waist belt and the water bottle holder on the right side of the belt and it works great. Really like this pack and Kifaru is a great company to deal with. Couldn't be happier with this pack!
