Haven XL

100% satisfied with everything about their tents and the company. I purchased the Haven tent and then purchased the Haven XL and they are both fantastic. I have also purchased many of their accessories and everything the my do is good quality. I had a small tear in the seam of my XL and the company replaced it within a week. Exceptional customer service.

I tried 2 different Haven XL. The first one was sent back because the reinforcing threads over the spreader bar pockets were torn and frayed, and there were fairly large holes along some seams where the thread went through. The 2nd, which oddly had very different sewing over the the spreader bar pockets, also had a lot of loose threads. Some of these were like very large loops. The lay of the tent was very comfortable, but also very noisy when I moved. But, in the end, the quality of the stitching worried me enough, that I just didn’t think it would hold up for long. Customer service was also very slow to respond and not very helpful.

Had to Claim a warranty Case because my tent ripped apart after 3 years of use. The Service was very good and straightforward and im Happy to have a haven tent, its the best way to camp outdoors.
