I have been using DHC products since they started selling them in the US. I have very watery, sensitive eyes. This takes off waterproof eye liner and mascara without irritating or stinging my eyes. Very effective at removing stubborn eye makeup. It’s one of my favorite products.

Best eye make-up remover I've used. A bit pricy, but worth it. It doesn't remove tubing mascara, but warm water will do that.
