Key Lime Pie Cheesecake

I order a cheesecake for a friend's birthday every year since they are her favorite. 3 years again, the cheesecake was packaged in an insulated box with cooler packs and the cheesecake arrived very cold. The past 2 years, however, there have not been cooler packs in the insulated box and the cheesecake is not cold when it arrives. Last year it was room temperature. This year, it was cool but not even refrigerator level cool. I live in Ohio and received 2 day shipping for $17. I would be willing to pay a few more dollars to have cooler packs in the box so the cheesecake arrives very cold.
