Excellent, Flavorful, and High Polyphenol EVOO

This is an excellent olive oil, but it is not for the faint of heart. High polyphenols make this a unique olive oil. Very, very flavorful with an assertive "back of the throat" peppery finish. But absolutely delicious if you like this kind of thing! This is my new “reserved” EVOO - a treat when serving a special salad, veggies, or dipping bread with salt, fresh pepper, and herbs. Highly recommended.
