Recently I was sent a two knife set to try. One slicing and boning knife. The slicing knife worked very well after making a London broil. Had a chance to use the boning knife when making chicken thighs. I don't think I have ever deboned chicken thighs so easily. Both knifes feel very solid in your hand. And are razor sharp out the box.
