He's 17" x 6.75" and comes with a fruity little rubber worm zipper pull, D-ring and buckle matched to the adjustable 1.5" wide nylon strap, and can be adjusted to be between ~36" - 80" long (91cm x 203cm) (including the length of the bag) with the included strap-extender. Very cute. I would prefer the bag straps to be atrached to the body only instead of the tail as it kind of messes with the fish silhouette when I wear it.
