Coho Salmon

I purchased the Coho salmon for dinner and was impressed by its freshness, deep red color, and clean trim. I seasoned and seared it at home, then added a sweet and spicy sauce that complemented the salmon’s naturally mild flavor without overpowering it. The fish cooked up tender and delicious. I would definitely purchase it again.

I usually adore everything from Svenfish, but the salmon still had bones.

Usually this is a good piece of fish, but this one unfortunately didn’t have the flavor. It happens sometimes.
