German Country Loaf

First time ordering this bread. I've been to Germany, and there bread is much more delicious and tastier than it is here in the US. I'm going to order a slicer so I can get more consistent slices in the future. I'll be ordering again.

I solemnly promise that I will not tell anyone ou-ing and ah-ing and drooling that I made it myself-- but I "might" casually say "I got up this morning and baked a loaf of German country bread, or rye, or Swiss farmer! The Brot Box products are really really excellent-- or as they say in German "Ausgezeichnet!" REAL bread -- (bread you can chew) -- bread that has a great crust. The same goes for the Brôtchen-- When I studied in Germany the Hausfrau (lady of the house) where I rented a room would go out to the bakery and get fresh rolls-- light and crunchy on the outside-- waiting for nice butter and jam. All I have to do to re-live that memory is go to the freezer drawer take out a few Brôtchen or delicious seeded rolls, pre-heat the oven-- and fifteen minutes later, pop them inside for 10-12 minutes and yummy. Danke Brot Box for making it possible. Your "proof" is living proof that we can get great bread right at home and feel like you baked it yourself (even if you didn't technically "make it!")

I very much enjoy German bread again after a long time being here in the US. Brings back long ago memories from my home country. Thank you I may get some photos at a later time.
