R4™ Body Roller

This is a great roller. Not perfect for everywhere on the body. It works fantastic on sensitive areas because this rolller has a soft exterior compared to the dense foam rollers. My family wishes they offered a longer (36”) version. Not wide enough for upper back/shoulders. Our family does CrossFit, Hyrox, Powerlifting, and triathlons. Nice addition to our recovery tools. PS Roll Recovery hit us up when you make a longer version!

Best roller I've ever used. Previous rollers I've used were all foam, this one's exterior is more of a rubber? And the interior framing is like a very hard plastic—perhaps they should consider using that plastic for the R8...
