Best Gel

I love these gels. Ironman Boulder 70.3 uses them and they are magic. Truly no mess, easy to digest and the caffeine is such an extra boost for me. I use these and the non caffeinated ones. So glad I switched to this brand.

They work. I just can’t get past the texture

They work. I tried taking one every 20 minutes on a 70 mile ride and never felt close to bonking. The caffeine didn’t hit and leave you wanting. It was a steady push. They aren’t flavored which gives them a flavor unlike anything I could describe but it’s not bad. Someone described the texture as sucking down warm jello. They were not wrong! 😵‍💫. If you like raw oysters then this won’t bother you. They would be worth the price. Small. Convenient, easy to digest. They are a great product.

Perfect pick me up!

I was worried 100mg of caffeine would be too much on my stomach while on the run but this gel is the perfect pick me up! Definitely notice an uptake in energy/pace after taking these— with no GI issue!
