Fabulous neighborhood fish market!

It makes sense, but I never realized just how delicious truly fresh fish could be! Svenfish always has a great selection, and also offers tastings (oyster Fridays!), cooking demonstrations, and recipes that inspire me to try new things. And, I like that I'm supporting local fishermen and a local business. Svenfish is a fabulous neighborhood resource!

Great Char

We are enjoying the Artic Char as well as all the other fish we buy from Sven Fish. The grandchildren love the mild sweet flavor and it holds up in a marinage.
