I used these bagels to prepare a salmon and lox platter, and not a single person commented on anything but how good they tasted. No one asked if these where gluten free, and I loved every moment of that. Very amazing bagel regardless of sensitivity.

Being gluten free has been challenging to say the least. Some of my favorite foods contain gluten and I had started to come to terms with never having a good slice of pizza or bagel. I have tried so many and all have fallen well short. My search for a truly decent gluten free pizza goes on n but my search for a truly decent gluten free bagel is over!! These bagels are excellent. They capture the doughiness and gumminess that I had come to expect from a bagel. So good. Bagels are back baby!
