Mixes best if added to water then let sit for a minute or so, then top off with seltzer water. Great way to get a little extra nutrition.

Good Product

I have been using this product now for approximately two months. I usually consume it with a glass of water first thing in the morning. I have made some muscle gains in that time. I can't affirmatively say it is because of this product but I'm sure it has helped.
