Lobel's Beef Franks

A few hick ups with my Father's Day orders. The latest issue was that the order should have been addressed only to my son in law, Mike. Instead the package was addressed to Mike and Lauren. It was a gift for him.

Best ever. Five star snap, seasoning. Not too thin not fat. Best grilled. Served on a toasted top split bun buttered , a swipe of Dijon. Perfection.

Superb quality, not too salty or over seasoned these grilled up wonderfully with the casing splitting, crackling and blistering to provide a perfect texture and taste.
