Pork Spare Ribs are cut from the belly and breastbone, behind the shoulder of the pig. They're flatter than the curved back ribs and have just the right amount of fat which makes them even more tender. Generally cooked on a barbecue or an open fire, the spare ribs are traditionally served as a slab with BBQ sauce.

Best tasting and packaging
Loved the packaging and loving the taste so far! There were a few items that seemed like the vacuum seal was broken because they werent sucked tight like air had gotten in so we cooked those first so they didn’t get freezer burn. Loved the cloth cooler bags the meat came in and the complimentary steak for our large order! Will definitely order again. Much better than our local farm that claims “grass fed” beef
