Best of both worlds

This knife is exactly what I've been looking for. I love the balance and weight of my Miyabi 8" chefs knife and also love my Zwilling 8" chefs knife for it's wide blade closer to the bolster. I feel that this knife essentially combines the best of both. It's light, but extremely well balanced and has that wide blade closer to the handle that I prefer for a multi purpose knife. This knife has become my workhorse, and has taken the place of 3 knives for most jobs. Craftsmanship is top notch and so nice looking as well. Razor sharp and a joy to use.
