Quick and easy way to get the Creatine I need. Just rip the pack open and pour into your water, or whatever. I use the unflavored and that is true, really taste nothing different in my water. Been using it for about a month now.

It would be helpful to have the crystal dissolve better in cold water. There is a lot of stirring and even after that there is residue left. The effects of the formula are really good, though.

So far so good.

Trying out this new creatine as Thorne has sold out to the dark side. Liking it so far but will report back when I've used it for a few more months. Love the convenience of the packets.
