My rings arrived and the assembly was very easy .. I have been able to use them now for about a week & I have really enjoyed my purchase. They are very useful for several different workouts .. with the adjustment bar .

EXACTLY what I was looking for!

I have been using a J hook in the sheetrock wall to hold my rings and had another contraption in the garage to hang another set of rings when I came across this. Ordered it and it arrived THE NEXT DAY! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Perfect fit in my garage or house! No more excuses for me, just following the workouts with easy adjustments. The instructions need a tweak though. . . There are two sets of bolts and both are same diameter. Instructions refers to them as small and large I think. . . (can't remember exactly and instructions are in my garage. But it should state long or short is the only change needed. Great product, Excellent service!
