Bold but not bitter

I was frustrated with the lack of decaf coffee at the grocery store. My brother and sister in law own a coffee shop that serves Heady Cup so I tried it. I love it! Bold and smooth but not bitter or burnt tasting. I’ve been ordering for over a year.
