Always first flush
The farming method is the same as Gyokuro, in which the tea is grown in the dark before being picked, so it has less astringency and has the refreshing taste of Sencha and the flavor of Gyokuro.
This tea is light and has a sweet umami flavor. In mouth, its texture is rich and soft.

Light taste
I bought this tea because I received an email from Chikiriya with a list of teas for summer "What are the best teas for making iced tea?"
So as we are having very hot days this summer in France I wanted to have good cold drinks. I decided to try almost everything in the email lol
I tried this tea cold brewed, It is a very good tea, but a little too light for me.
I then tried it hot brewed (not too hot) and I prefer it like that, the taste is more developed and also the bags are small, so maybe it's best suited for one cup only.
When I tried it cold brewed, I used one full liter of water. Maybe it was too much for that small tea bag.
