Smoked Cheddar Wedge

I was afraid that this cheese would be too spicy for me but I ordered it because I'm lactose intolerant but like cheese spreads. This one has seasonings, herbs I think and has a little bite but not too hot, will order it again.

I don't know what magic they use to make this cheese, or to make all of their cheeses, there must be angels from heaven assisting them. You haven't lived until you've had their cheeses. I promise you 100% that you will love all their creations.

I was delighted with the smoked cheddar and also the pepper jack. Delicious!
