Incredible design, I wasn’t sure at first how this would even work, but now I’m even more blown away, this is truly an extremely custom made piece of workout equipment. I’ve never seen anything quite like it, these two add one are giant stainless steel sleeves that the base model weights fall into and lock inside, then the new longer cross thread needle goes through and connects securely to the handle. I’m a large man, I’m already able to use 15 pounds like it’s nothing at all, it is going to take me many years before I need anything larger then this, truly incredible workout equipment so grateful! Thank you, Adex 🙏🏼 My shoulder in only a few weeks of learning from Mark Wildman feels better then it has in almost 17 years. Extremely grateful.
