TrueFlat - 1.25" Surfacing Bit - TF2125

Worked like a dream. Very true to flat and having the ability to change cutters versus purchasing a whole new bit every time allows for years of use from this one purchase. Well worth the money!

I bought this, for one I needed a new flattening bit for my surface board and second it was cheaper than a drum sander. I need to sell a few more boards before getting that sander. This bit did an awesome job. I used it to flatten my cutting board and it left a great finish. I think I could have went straight to 120grit and skip 80. I didn’t, but sanding with the 80 was much faster than before. If you need a flattening bit this is a great bit. I’m using it in a makita router for a spindle.

This bit is a beast. I’ve used other flattening bits before, but this thing is phenomenal. I’ve flattened about 15 boards in the last couple of days.
