Approachable Ethiopian
This sits in a unique space between a light-roast fruity/floral natural Ethiopian and more traditional medium roast. That brings pleasant chocolate notes and approachability.
While not a replacement when I want a fully fruit and floral natural Ethiopian, it's a great coffee for the rotation.

Natural Tart AND Roasty !
I am LOVING this coffee already. It has the funky natural flavor and also has a roasty taste! So hard to strike without stripping away the zing and tart of natural processed
