Eureka Mignon Zero 65 Espresso Grinder

This is my first Grinder, and I absolutely love it. Dailing in wasn't too painful, and once set for the beans I use (Spella Rosserita), my pulls were not only photo-worthy (lol), but we've been enjoying some of the best espresso we've ever had. Super simple to set up and operate, and literally zero retention with a couple pumps of the bellow (which is actually kind of fun IMO). Honestly can't think of a negative. It's paired with the Rancilio Silvia Pro X.

Funding this super easy to use and adjust. Even the billows to puff out any extra grounds is useful. I do find giving a quick pulse at the end of grinding kicks out some extra grounds that I’ve added to my workflow.

Does one thing very very good

I make lattes for my wife and myself every morning. It took just a few adjustments to dial it in, and now it produces consistently excellent results. I don’t need fancy timers and all. I have a little scoop and know exactly how much to fill. This grinder is built simple, but excellent. I’m hoping this grinder will outlive me.
