Fresh Maine Scallops

Fresh and cold! I am cold smoking them this evening. They were smaller than my last order. These were 20 to the pound. With my last order they were 8-10 per pound, which I prefer.

All of them are very large in size able to actually cut them in half and double my dinner and very fresh

recently placed my first order with you, and I wanted to share some feedback on the scallops. I decided to prepare a special steak and scallops meal, even though I don't typically cook them at home. The scallops were perfect—fresh, high-quality, and very well-prepared. While I am not usually a fan of scallops myself, I found the flavor to be delicate and enjoyable. My wife and son also thoroughly enjoyed them.
