APEX NORDIC MAX

Love it. Basically no assembly and works as advertised. My favorite element is the ability to do regressed nordics thanks to the bench and all its different angles. Strongly recommend!

I love this item. I use this for low rows, Nordic curls, lat pulldown, and use it the roller part on the back of my calves in combination with the Matrix pad to do back extensions. A must buy if getting the if purchasing or are going to purchase the Apex bench.

This is such a clever attachment. It feels very secure when using it. It feels very high quality. It's a hard movement if you're not used to it, but the design allows you to progress at whatever pace you need. Highly recommended!
